Ramset Diamond Cores use industrial grade diamond, which is the hardest meterial

on earth. They are ground down to very small pieces and mixed with a metallic paste

called the bond. This is what holds the diamonds in place and forms the segment or 

the teeth of the core bit. Diamonds within the segments are very brittle and break several 

times before wearing away, this breaking constantly exposes new sharp cutting edges

and it is these edges that cut the material. Ramset have a comprehensive range of 

diamond cores, which have been selected the meet the most common coring applications.
